How easy it is for these people to forget the real victim,….who is nick and his whole family…..and to turn around and want to cry for these murderers…..to get on their soap box and preach to all of us how we should embrace them…….no!…… You murder an innocent life, your life should become worthless and forfeit……you lose your claim to mercy and compassion……you get what you give……the lives you destroyed who had never done anything to you, are suppose to welcome you with open arms…….I’m afraid not…….nicks final moments, probably thinking of hiso mother and father, a life he imagined……does Mr Mehas ever ponder this in his grandiouse mind, while his heart bleeds for Jesse and his like…….as a father or mother or protector of any child…..if confronted with a monster of any age, who silences or butchers the love you fought to protect…..they are only deserving of pure rage……primordial , just, vengeance……a single final counter move to their actions……the world will not miss them…..

i dissagre i think ryan hoyt should of been brought to the stand and they made a movie about it and if you watch it you would automaticaly say he is guilty before you ever seen his side that movie schould of been made after the sentence and movie does have influence on the decision we made. and if hollywood made ryan hoyt kill the kid doesnt ryan have a mind of his own hollywood didnt shoot the kid

I agree with the meekness of the witnesses thus far. As I have previously stated I don’t think the death penaly quite fits as punishment for his part in the murder, but I still hope he doesn’t walk away from this.

Oh, yes, I very much do believe there is. Never underestimate the value of a brilliant defense team. Mr. Blatt has gone after each prosecution witness with a vengeance. Most of these witnesses appear meek and unpersuasive after being badgered by defense attorneys per cross examination. All they need is one juror who believes this case has not been proven beyone a reasonable doubt. Just one. I also believe the defense has the better team of lawyers. It appears to me as though Jesse is getting about as good a defense as could possibly be given. Even with all the evidence I possess regarding this case, Mr. Blatt has nearly generated a reasonable doubt in my very own mind.

The odds seem soooo stacked against Hollywood, so many people witnesses, and convicted people saying JJH was the minder to the murder. Do you think Jesse James Hollywood has a shot at all at being found not Guility Mr.Mehas???
